This policy explains what information Cleanaholics ("we", "us") collects through this website, how we use it and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Information you give us: when you send a booking request or contact us, we collect your name, phone number, email, service address, preferred date and time, any notes you add and the estimate you built on our site.
• Estimate selections: the home size and services you choose in the quote builder. These stay in your browser unless you send a request.
• Basic technical data: like most websites, our hosting provider and the services that deliver our fonts and 3D graphics may automatically log your IP address, browser type and pages visited.

We do not knowingly collect biometric information, and we do not use advertising or analytics cookies on this site. If that changes, we will update this policy first.

How we use it

To respond to your request, schedule and provide services, confirm pricing, send appointment-related messages, handle billing and customer service, keep business records and comply with the law.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business, such as our form delivery service (FormSubmit), our scheduling and booking software (ZenMaid), our email provider and our website host, and only so they can perform those services. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, customers or staff.

Links to other sites

Our site links to services like Google, Facebook and ZenMaid. Their own privacy policies apply when you use them.

How long we keep it

We keep customer and request information for as long as needed to provide services and meet tax, accounting and legal requirements, generally no longer than three years after your last service, unless the law requires longer.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. If a breach affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by the Illinois Personal Information Protection Act.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing info@ncleanaholic.com or calling (224) 219-1503. We may need to keep some records where the law requires it. Our site does not respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals because we do not track visitors across sites.

Children

This site is meant for adults booking home services. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy. The effective date above shows when it last changed.

Terms of use

By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Online estimates

Prices, estimates and quotes on this site, including those built with our quote builder, are estimates for planning only and are not a binding offer or contract. Final pricing depends on the actual size, condition and accessibility of your property and the services performed. We review every request and confirm your final price with you before any work begins. Post-construction cleaning requires an in-home estimate. Club and recurring discounts apply only as described on the site and never reduce a visit below our posted minimums.

Booking requests

Sending a request does not guarantee an appointment. A booking is confirmed only when our office confirms it with you. Any service agreement, cancellation policy or other terms we give you at booking govern the services themselves.

Website content

The 3D house, illustrations and examples on this site are for illustration only and do not represent your property or guarantee results. Customer reviews reflect individual experiences; results vary. We work to keep information accurate, but the site may contain errors and may change at any time without notice.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The website is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Cleanaholics is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the website. Our total liability for any claim related to the website will not exceed $100. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under Illinois law that cannot be waived, or our responsibilities for services we actually perform.

Acceptable use

Do not submit false information, use the site to send spam, or attempt to interfere with its operation.

Intellectual property

The Cleanaholics name, logo, text and design of this site belong to Cleanaholics and may not be copied without permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any dispute related to this website will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Lake County, Illinois.

Text message terms

When you send a booking request, we may call or text the number you provide about that request and your appointments: confirmations, scheduling, reminders and arrival updates.

We send promotional texts (offers, seasonal reminders and Club news) only if you check the optional box on our booking form. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. You can also call (224) 219-1503. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We do not share or sell your mobile number or text opt-in information for third-party marketing.

Accessibility statement

Cleanaholics wants everyone to be able to use our website and book our services. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA and review the site regularly.

Every service and price on the interactive 3D house is also listed in plain text on our site, and you can always book by phone instead of online. Our site respects your device's "reduce motion" setting.
